As a Senior Planning Solicitor at Mid Sussex District Council, you will play an important role in the future of our district. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert legal advice on town and country planning law, ensuring all planning decisions and processes comply with relevant legislation and regulations. You will be a key advisor to Council Officers, Committees and external stakeholders guiding them through the complexities of planning law within local government.
